How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping to our selected areas is always free! However, prior to confirming your order, you’ll be able to select expedited delivery options and review the prices for each option that is offered based on stock location and delivery address. 

Click the “Shipping Tab” found in every product page to have a more detailed view of your delivery options. 

 

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes! You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

 

From where are orders shipped?

All of the orders are being shipped from Haze Emporium Montreal. 

 

When will my order arrive?

We work hard to fulfill our orders as promptly as possible. Our warehouse begins processing your order instantaneously and we’ll have it shipped out within 48 hours. Keep in mind that packages aren’t transported over weekends or local public holidays.

Please note that our expected time frames are estimates and can vary due to factors outside of Haze Emporium, and the courier’s, control.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO SENDER?

In the event your package is returned to sender due to invalid address, you can choose to have it reshipped to an alternate or corrected address. You will be charged for the cost of the postage. If your package was returned to sender, please contact support via email. If you do not want your package resent we will offer you a full refund on the product only. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Shipping Exclusions

Unfortunately, due to shipping exemptions, if your country is not available in our checkout we are unable to ship there at this time.

We also cannot ship directly to APO/FPO, PO BOX or Parcel locker addresses. Since we cannot track packages after their arrival at these drop-off points, we are reluctant to make shipments that may be misdirected or lost.

 

My package got damaged during delivery, what happens next?

All shipments are insured, you have 7 days to alert us of any issues related to delivery. 

Please carefully examine your package as soon as it arrives. If any of your ordered products are damaged (whether visible or hidden) during transport, please report the damage to us within 7 days.

All orders are insured. Transportation damage can additionally be reported to the carrier within 7 days of receiving your order.

 

Will I have to pay international taxes and duties?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes if you live outside Canada and/or have not paid purchase tax on your order. 

Rarely is the case for the US, however, if you happen to be an international buyer the general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise in some cases.

However, this is just a general amount to give a basic idea for who is uncertain of their import legislation. This varies depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

Haze Emporium cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes
applied to your package for customers outside Canada, and/or have not paid taxes on their order. 

You will be responsible for paying additional
charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to
country; please contact your local customs office for further information.

Note, on rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.
